In 1998, the first one broke on my 68 Dart. I went to the hardware and bought a short 1/4" stainless bolt (thin and wide button/allen head) and nut with a flat washer about 3/4" diam for the nut side. I put a piece of rubber hose around the shaft of the bolt and probably some silicone or rubber between bolt and washer and glass. I think I used a nylon lock nut. It is still in there, 100,000 miles later. Would be hard to find that kind of bolt at a local hdwr store now, but McMaster.com would have it.
