Going to add headers ,and Offy 4 bbl intake to my 76 Aspen. Have a Holley 500 CFM - 2 bbl that I'm wanting to use. Any ideas on whether it will work and what jets will work best. Also thinking about different cam .

The 500 CFM takes a lot of tuning, and generally is good for drag racing only. If you want to drive the car on the street, don't use the 500. Go with the 350 if a 2bbl is your carb of choice for any percentage of steet use.
Your better off with the Edelbrock 500 AFB. Holley carbs of any flavor are a lot of work, especially if your going to drive the car at different altitudes.I've done it, and now run a Carter AFB. Haven't touched it in years.

If you don't raise the compression ratio, your spending a lot of money for little gain.

Throwing on a pile of cool-sounding/looking hop-up parts, as you propose to do, usually results in an expensive, unreliable car that runs poorly. You're doing it backwards: selecting parts is the last step before starting work...not the first. The first step is defining, clearly and in detail, exactly what you want the car to do, not do, and do differently and your budget (in dollars and hours) for making it happen.
