What transmission came in a 1985 dodge d150 slant 6 manual 5 speed? |

It would be the A833 6 speed. 4 speeds forward, One reverse, and in Neutral you got Zero speed. |

I don't think there was a factory 5 speed for this engine.. at least not here in us/ canada. The early dakotas might have 5 speeds but no slant 6's in those. Greg |

A u-pull-it close to me list a 1985 D150 225 5 speed I would like to know what to look for and what it might be |

I would believe the listing is incorrect. Its an 833 od. 3 forward gears that end with a 1:1 ratio then one overdriven gear at say ~.73:1 -.68:1. Greg |
