Does anyone have pictures of the spindles for 9 inch brakes, and 10 in brakes, for "A" bodies? I have 9 inch brakes on my 64 Valiant, and am planing on upgrading to 10 inchers. I have several spindles that look different then the 9's, but don't know what they are from. They are very different then the 9's, but are on a 66 or older "K" member. The game plan is to do a complete "bench" rebuild of this "K" member (steering, suspension, and brakes), then swap it out, as the car needs some suspension work, also. This way I can keep cruising while I work on it. Thanks. |

IIRC, the 10" spindle takes a bigger bolt than a 9". |

Yes, bigger bolts that hold the BJs and bigger hole for the UBJ pin/shaft. Lou |

Notice how the upper ball joint stud hole is twisted around 90 deg compared to the 10 inch one. Brian |

Yep, that was my concern. Wanted to make sure the ones on the "K" member were correct, before starting to order parts.Brian Thanks PS: You going to the Florida Mopar show this weekend? I'll be there with my 66 Valiant. |

No not this year my rheumatoid arthritis is going to keep me away too much walking. I use to go to that show and the turkey rod run every year. Brian |
