Hi guys,

I can bolt my auto torque converter (with ring gear) back onto the engine just to test the engine correct?

The converter needs to be supported at both ends so it needs to have the transmission with it.
Use a manual transmission bell housing and flywheel if you need to run an engine on a dyno or on a test stand.

Got you,

Thanks DD. Finding the flywheel has been my problem, I have yet to find anything after two weeks.

Where are you located? There has to be some flywheels close to you I would think.

Phoenix Rick,

You wouldn't think would you? But, it took two weeks, abut 10 hours looking on the Internet and eight phone calls before I found 1 in Nebraska. Hopefully it will be here the next couple of days! Also, how big of an issue are a couple broken ring gear teeth?
