Due to all the rain in the past weekends, Mo-Kan will be super busy the 29th for test & tune. It's the best interest of everybody that we race 1/4 mile only on Saturday, May 30th. No Friday night 1/8th mile for the slants but test & tune if you want. Maybe next year will be back to normal. |

I had a great time racing the slant six class at Mokan. Great group of people. It was a busy day running two classes. I managed to make the finals in the No-Electronic class only to give it away at the tree. I’m used to racing with the SDRA guys on a Pro-Tree, so a Sportsman Tree can be tough. Non the less, it was a great day of racing. The #43 Go-Dad-Go SDRA Dragster performed flawless on its first day of competition. Three years in the making after heart surgery. I couldn’t be happier. The icing on the cake was a win the very next day in SDRA at our first race of 2020 at Sallisaw Outlaw Dragway on the 1/8 mile. We were running the 7.20 index so I had use the brakes a little. It’s an honor to be the points leader at this time. I doubt I’ll make any other races, but Knoxville is probably the closest. And I need to make a run out to Cosby TN for family matters, so you never know... Thanks to Mark Goodman for the nice vintage trophy and a little green. Jeff The time slip shown is from open time trials at Mokan. All my race time slips faded to white in the heat. I’ll have to take pictures of them next time before they fade.
