I'm not Arrrrgh-ing at you (thanks for thinking of me), but at him—he is…er…not low-maintenance. I've explained to him that the lamps he wants haven't been manufactured in decades, and worldwide all warehouse stock has been exhausted for many years, and I'll be sure and let him know if I happen across any. I think it's not so much that he has an application for a low-volume lamp (a particular yellow-lens high beam that was made for the French market where yellow light was required until 1993), it's more that he has a fetish for these particular lamps. I can relate (lulz) and I'd help him out if I could, but ah jest plumb cain't! |
