I have a Leaky Suction Line on the 79 Volare.

What size is this Line?

I wanted to order it before I take it all apart etc.

I can Measure the OD of the Line but I am guessing that they are categorized by the ID? The largest I have found so Far is 5/8"Ø Replacement bulk Line. It would probably be the same as other Late 70's to Mid 80's Truck / FJM Bodies such as diplomat of the era. The OD of the Line is pretty big ... Like 1.25"Ø

I also have the same Problem on my Ramcharger. I want to replace that line as well. I have obtained a Proper Vintage R12 Recovery Machine and I am going to get the Ferrules and Mastercool Hydraulic Crimp Tool.


Can Post pics of the Line's Ferrules or OD with measurements.
