What you get is a Ram Clutches Force 9.5 package consisting of:
A custom made pocketed flywheel, made of steel or aluminum, that will bolt to your slant six crankshaft. These will have the large center hole. Adapter rings are available for the smaller center hole cranks.
A double 9.5” disc, faced with organic material or metal, and an intermediate plate. Available in 23, 10 or 18 and likely other trans input shaft spline count.
A Force 9.5 pressure plate.
