Hello-i need to replace my speedometer cable on my 68 dart 270--i thought my correct cable is - ATP Y 819 - but most parts stores list this as a NO FIT--Some list 3592360 as the correct one...any suggestions on the Real Deal? Thanks for any info. Happy Motoring! |

see this thread, the OER 3592360 worked fine for me and the 68 Barracuda, it even includes a firewall grommet assembled onto the cable https://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/th ... on.466443/ |

If the cable is genuine NOS that is a good find, but I would pull the core out, flush out the housing and the core and give it all a good shot of fresh cable lube. The OE lube would certainly got sticky in 50 years or so,,,, |
