[[ UPDATED 13 JAN 22 ]] Some tentative dates for 2022. I just added everything that might be a potential race to discuss at the banquet. Let me know what I missed: MoKan (Asbury, MO) - 2 April Mason-Dixon (Boonsboro, MD) - 30 April-1 May AHRA Slanted/Inliner Nationals (Webster, OH) - 2-4 September Knoxville, TN - ????? Wilkesboro, NC - ????? Farmington, NC - ???? Motor Mile (Fairlawn, VA) - ????? Mopar Southern Classic (Clay City, KY) - 9-11 September Mopar Muscle Dragfest (London, KY) - 14-16 October Mason-Dixon Fall (Boonsboro, MD) - ????? They posted the dates for the 2022 Mopar Muscle Dragfest at London, KY. It will be 14-16 October. I’ve reached out to Kentucky Dragway (Clay City) to see when the Mopar Southern Classic will be. Typically it is early to mid September. Courtney Bruner sent me a message saying the Knoxville, TN track is under new management as well. This has been our June-July-August race. Them’s the three what I’m payin’ attention to at the moment… I’m really hoping to be able to make the AHRA Slanted/Inliner Nationals whenever/wherever that one will be. And Mason-Dixon… And MoKan… And… Just gittin’ geared up fer the banquet & talkin’ ‘bout where we wanna race (err not) in 2022.

I hope to have the Colt out this year. Mokan might be the first, or Mason if I can get a kitchen pass.

I will focus mainly on racing at 41 this year, but am planning on the AHRA deal and Clay City.

Clay City (Kentucky Dragway) is going to be an IHRA track… They hope to have the 2022 schedule done soon…

Mokan Mopars Invade is scheduled for Saturday April 2nd. Unless Mark speaks up, I'll take over as coordinator. I am planning on tow money bonus for the longest tow as well as some payout. Carl (track Owner) has confirmed he will race slants in their own class. He has not committed to a payout by the track. So... this is a confirmed race.

Clay City dates are posted. They will have 2 Mopar Southern Classic events this year in May and September.

Aaron called to see if we wanted to have a points race in May. We are playing phone tag. I'll decline for May, but I might offer to help sponsor the Slant 6 class for them like I've done for our event.

Ok, when the time comes I will get him the numbers and such. He was questioning me on location for his Slant deal this year. He has already scheduled a 2 day event at Jeffers for something else, and can't really get another date. He has a track in Southern Ohio which may be the location this year. KD Dragway is another 1/8th mile venue that appears to be about 10 miles from where Christ lost his boots. I believe this is a discussion that should be shared by everyone. No way I want to try to speak for the group by myself.

I just Google Mapped it. That might be a little more convenient location for current racers than Sikeston. Sorry Team Greenster folks... You might even tempt Rick to go to that one...
