| Post subject: | Stalling |
My D150 has been running well for the last 20 years with regular maintenance . Now it hard to start and stalls often. What is the complete list of things to check for stalling in order of most likely to least likely. Gas is good and I regularly keep it more than half full. Thanks in advance for any advice. |

Has your province started using "winterized" gasoline? |

They made D150s for a lot of years, with a lot of different Slant-6 engine configurations—different ignition systems and distributors; different carburetors; different emissions systems, etc. So, please specify. Stalling can occur immediately after cold starts, immediately after hot starts, on acceleration with a cold engine, on acceleration with a warming engine, on acceleration with a hot engine, at random…so, please specify. |
