Gonna do a compression check on my engine (63 valiant) as soon as the Guage arrives.. What psi would be considered low, and the engine in need for rebuild? Should I test compression with the engine cold or warm? Thank you.

I would check both cold and warm. Be sure to hold the throttle wide open for the test.
