I have found a way to use the dual barrel TB from a 89 Dodge(direct swap onto super six intake) using the Mega squirt. The problem has been the stepper motor type IAC, A guy I was talking with said you can omit the IAC completly, or you can infact take any other Valve type IAC and hook it up(I'll have to see if I can go pick up a TB now so I can try this IAC conversion).
This would mean, you could use the
Mega Squirt Controller
'89 Dodge Two Barrel TB
sensors from the same dodge
and get it all to work.
Does anyone have one of these TB's kickin around they want to donate to a good cause?

Yea the megasquirt can only control a flapper type valve not a full blown stepper motor iac. If you want to keep the same iac in the throttle body or you can't find a flapper type that fits properly for that throttle body, I could make something that would open up the stepper motor iac a few steps when it sees the megasquirt wants the valve open.
