I have what I believe to be a '65 - '68 front sub-frame (stub frame) that looks to have slant-6 mounts (not V-8 mounts). I'm sure this would have been for a Fury since it has the shorter torsion bar mounts and of course it has /6 engine mounts. I bought it (by mistake) for my '67 Monaco but if things pan out I'm soon going to have a correct stub frame so this one I have will be available. I bought this from a guy near Blyth Ontario last year who brought it to Moparfest. I took some measurements and it matched exactly to what I needed but I didn't look closely enough at the engine mounts. He brought it up from Colorado a few years earlier, it's in perfect shape. So if anyone in SW-Ontario (Windsor to Toronto to Owen Sound) is looking for a new /6 C-body stub-frame, send me a PM or I guess reply to this thread. Of course if you're further away and want this and have a pickup truck, do contact me. This will fit in the bed of a typical PU truck. |
