Hello. 69 barracuda here and I’ve got a “performance gauge” that stopped working after having some work done. (New Edelbrock avs2, intake and exhaust manifolds replaced with aussiespeed parts, new exhaust, electronic ignition) I am trying to fix it and could use some knowledge.

I was unable to find in the service manual where it’s suppose to connect. I understand that it reads vacuum - and I think it could connect to the manifold vacuum on the avs2. If I’m looking at the right hose, it appears to run along the down pipe to the transmission? I can’t quite get under the car to see.

Anyway, what does it connect to factory? could I redirect it to manifold vacuum on the Edelbrock!

Thanks

I am dumb.

I think I traced the wrong hose. Found a bung in my intake manifold with a hosed not connected well. Pressed it on and we’re working again.

Just out of curiosity tho, am I correct in thinking that I could connected it to my manifold port and achieve the same resilts?
