Not my things, no Association.

I bet someone here can use some of these bits.

Charlie is looking for another valance I think. Thanks for posting Greg. The red deck lid looks like a 65. I may check on that!

I did call him. Couldn't afford that valance.

I suppose that stuff could be sitting in the gatage for a while longer then.

Sorry the deal did not work out.

As hard as it is to find a nice valance, his asking price might not be out of line. But at least on that part he seems to know what to ask. I just can't pay that much. For someone else, they might feel it is worth it.

$300 for the rear deck lid. Like Charlie said, it maybe worth it for someone, but a little steep for me.

Sorry the deal did not work out.

Did you guys offer the seller less to see if they would meet you for the parts?

Maybe they have HEMICUDA stamped on them or something??!?!

:D :D :D

I was trolling thru Ebay last night and was shocked by what people want for used parts, even small parts for early Valiants and Darts.

Yes, but are they really selling them for those prices, or are they just "selling" them to their friends to run up the price estimates?

Things don't sell much on eBay anymore, they just list and sit there. Those are the asking prices.

I didn't. I don't want to insult people with my "frugal" ways. Now when I'm at Carlisle, all bets are off! :D :D

I thought that the location of the deal did not matter... Guess it does for you?

I was used to you buying the $25 gas cap for $5 everywhere.
