I don't know about the f-body swap. But HD fleet '76 a-bodies came with a rear sway bar.

Post subject:  Here's some P/N's...

For 1976 model year

A-body front sway bar is 2948568
If you have it with a 318/360 it doesn't come with the front isolator package and is 4014052

F-body std is: 4014020
HD and Station Wagon is 4014033

Rear sway bar:
A-body 3845856
F-body - N/A, but in 1978 the number is 4014907 and looks to be bent different than the A-body bar...(also attaches to the 'isoclamps' on the leaf springs...don't think I've ever seen an A-bosy with that nasty rubber isolated leaf spring clamp....)

FYI,
