What year is your D150? Does it have a manual or automatic transmission? Is it a 49-state, California, or Canada-spec truck?

I just bought a $85 2bbl off ebay. It looks good

Wonder if a 1BBL for a Ford six would work?

THIS would be near the top of my list of candidates.

Don't be afraid to disassemble them, soak them overnight in carb cleaner, maybe give them an ultrasonic treatment, and rebuild them. I would rather spend the time carefully rebuilding a true junkyard core, including rebushing the throttle shaft, than roll the dice with a Chinese knockoff or repair warehouse unit.

It lacks numerous necessary hookups, the linkage configurations are wrong, the air cleaner attachment is wrong, etc. Seller's promotional claims for it being a "universal" item are severely exaggerated.
