Post subject:  Help-Diagram of wiper linkage needed!

Hi
I am in the middle of replacing the bushings on the wiper linkage for my 76 volare.

This is not a fun job on this car due to the tight clearance in the cowling.
I have all the parts out now but have no way to double check to make sure that the way I am planning on reassembling is correct. I was unable to diagram the whole thing as I took it apart because the bar connecting the driven pivot (L side) to the non driven (r side) fell off a few months ago. It has been sitting in my shop and I forgot how it goes on.

I am pretty mechanically inclined and think I have it all laid out right but I wanted to double check.

I have the factory 76 service manual and a chiltons manual. The chiltons doesnt have a diagram of the entire mechanisim and I just found out the diagram for this assy. is found in the factory electrical suppliment to the main manual. I dont have this book.

Any nice lister out there feel generous enough to scan the correct page for me or otherwise provide me with some tips to make sure I have oriented the linkage components correctly.

Many thanks in advance

Dr Wheelie

In the help! parts rack at pep boys. I have also heard that the dealer has them. I think Belkin makes them too, they supply lots of parts stores.

Apparently these little buggers were used for many years on several different body styles so there is a need to keep makin em.

I have to say that this wiper system really stinks. The action on mine is very clunky and they seem hard to work on.
