Dear Slant 6ers,

We will be hosting a Slant 6 racing reunion on Sept. 18-20, 2026 at Kentucky Dragway in Clay City, Kentucky! This will also be a memorial for the founder of the Slant 6 Racing Series and Slant 6 Racing News - Mr. Seymour Pederson. Seymour passed away this past February.

We want to gather the Slant 6 nutcases from far and wide, run some fast Slant cars down the 1/4 mile, and share some stories. Let's have fun and remember our friend Seymour!

As far as our slant six race goes, I will advocate for a race on Friday evening and a race on Saturday. Typically quarter mile first and then 8th mile if I remember correctly. Or vice versa if that’s what people want. Aaron is just going to put us on the program and run us however we ask him to.

Thanks, Rob! I'd say let's run 1/8th on Friday and 1/4 on Saturday since most people will prefer 1/4 and we will likely have the biggest attendance on Saturday.
