Doug, I hope you don't mind.
Guys, I had an email from Doug tonight and he told me about a towing accident he had this past weekend. He also sent along these photos.

http://www.dutra.org/doug/pictures/race-cuda/sac-crash/

He's very lucky to be alive and on the mend but the Barracuda and tow van didn't fare as well.

Doug, you have answered so many questions and solved so many problems for us. I think I can speak for all in saying we really respect your wisdom and consider you a true friend.
If there is anything I can do and IM sure I speak for the others on this board, just let us know. :(

Doug, I am real sorry to hear about this. It sounds like no one was seriously hurt and that is a good thing.

If there is anything I can do to help(ie hunt down parts or whatever) just let me know.

Doug posted a response in the engine section of this board. Looks like another slant racer will be needing a new car.

Thanks guys,
I got a bunch of extra cars but man... that B'cuda is so solid, I'd hate to scap it.

I need to get thru all the short term BS I'm in, then get the racecar an a frame rack to see how bad it is, I will keep everyone posted on what I find.
Doug

My thoughts are with you, Doug. So glad you weren't hurt and let me know if I can help out with anything for rebuilding you or your car.

Lou
