Well, maybe. I was looking through copcar.com today at some of the photos and came across a '71 Plymouth Police brouchure. The 225 was the standard engine in the Satellite series. It was listed as having:
Chrome plated top rings (assuming this means top compression ring).
Oil pressure control valve (?) for Police service
Fuel Regulator (for pressure?)
I don't know if the same applies to taxi or other fleet vehicals using the 225.
