Comp cams can do it for you. I know the Drakes bought a custom cam from Comp, although I don't believe they are using it at the moment. They have the fastest turbo Slant, period. Engle might be another to try.

You mean Rose's 9.93 run was done without a turbo?

Rose did not run 9.93 Charles Myers did. Charles runs NOS.

Our fastest run has been a 6.35 in the 1/8.

I'm sure Isky would make one, too.

As far as cams go. We were very happy with the custom cam from Comp. Reasonable priced compared to others and definetly makes some extra HP. It will be in the new motor we are building now.
Call Comp tech line and ask to speak with someone about custom matching a cam for a turbo application, they will forward you to the correct guy. I will try and dig his extension up and post it.

alright, thanks. what i'm planning is a 198 turbo engine to put in an 2-dr Aspen body. probably w/ fuel injection. any tips y'all can give? i'm wanting to use the 198 cause of the short stroke(rev-friendly) and the good rod ratio.
