Not sure how the wheel wells compare on a Dart 4 dr vs my Duster, but I am running junkyard 225/75R15's with no problem whatsoever. That's on rather saggy springs too, and I still have room for at least another 10 mm of tire on the inside, with gobs of room on the outside. Given that I think the main difference in our wells is the duster's flared fenders, you should have no trouble with a 225/60R14, and you can probably go bigger. However, make sure you have a wide enough rim to handle it (at least 6.5", if not 7).

I just went through this dilemma myself recently with my 74 4door Dart. The 225/60-14 will fit fine, but as previously said, use a wider rim than stock. Due to my budget, I stuck with my stock rims and put 205/70-14 on them. Not as wide I would have liked, but they don't look like pizza cutters either. I don't think I would go wider than 225/60-14 though. The rear fenderwell is a bit tighter on the Dart than it is on the Duster.
