hi, i need a windshield for my 67 dart gt, i have found a wondshield from a 72 4 door dart relatively close, and wondered of they were the same, the person who has it said that the number of doors didnt matter and ive heard that before, anyone know? im pretty sure the windshield is different in my 74 valiant 4 door, but i didnt know when/if they changed the windshield, thanks! |

I am under the impression that '67-76 windsheilds are the same, except for dusters/demons. 2dr/4dr should not matter, I'm pretty sure. Lou |

Too bad you aren't local, there's a yard with a '67 GT with all the glass intact, waiting for the 'pluckin'.... Anyhow... Hollander's says: Front Windsheild 67-68 Dart 2 dr sedan 67-70 Dart 4 dr sedan 71-72 Dart 4 door sedan 73-76 Dart 4 door sedan 67-69 Valiant 70 Valiant (except 'Valiant Duster') 71-76 Valiant Don't forget that starting in 1975 some cars came equipped with the windshield mounted mirrors instead of the ones screwed into the roof like yours. Be carefull when pulling used glass one chip or nick in the corner can make the whole thing a cracking pile of laminated sharp stuff in a hurry. Good luck, -D.Idiot |
