would a carter bbd for a 318 76-77 dodge truck or a 77 dodge car work well on a super six setup on my 7 dart swinger? i just dont know about using the newer carb on my older car, would this work ok? ive also read something about the choke on the 318 carb not working with the super six. any help would be appreciated. |

Should work fine, will have slightly richer jetting, probably has all the hook ups for your emissions items on your car (like purge for the charcoal canister). The only problem is the choke pull off linkage is wrong and won't work, you'll need one of a slant six BBD, or make a 'workaround'... good luck, -D.Idiot |

im not sure what a choke pull off is. i bought a super six set up with carb, linkages, intake and air cleaner but i havent got it yet. should the choke pull off be included with the carb? is that the only problem ill have and will it be cured if the choke pull off is with the super six carb? if it isnt included where am i going to find one? could i get it from car quest or somewhere like that? |
