In Australia, our /6 finished in 1969/70. I was just wondering if anyone could give me a rundown as to what the differences (if any) there are on these later year heads. |

G'day, Mate! I'm gonna leave it to someone else here to give you the specifics, but there were a couple variations after Chrysler went away from spark plug tubes in the mid-seventies ('75, I think). They will all interchange, but the rocker gear is different for a hydraulic cam (eighties). What I really want to know is, do slant sixes really slant the other way Down Under??! ![]() ![]() ![]() \6 D/W |

There is an article section off the home page of this site. http://www.slantsix.org/articles/articles.htm There is lots of good info here - some of the head info you are looking for is in the slant 6 racing manual under parts and pieces Then also Doug Dutra's article on heads and the revised combustion chamber. |
