Can anyone please tell me where the rear seatbelts are suppse to mount on a 63 thru 66 Dart 4dr sedans.My wifes Dart came off of the assembly line without belts but the nuts were there for the front belts but not the rear,did the 63 Dart even have rear belts?

There's no nuts, you have to drill thru the floor pan and use a fender washer and nut on the other side..........


However, you can figure out where to drill the holes as there's dimples in the floor....

No fender washer should be required. Starting in '62 all cars came with front and rear seatbelt anchorage points. You may have to drill them, or you may simply have to remove rubber plugs hiding them, but they are there. The anchorage points are just forward of where the flat floorpan transitions to the kickup for the trunk divider.

That's what I thought too, but my '64 convertible only had front anchor points. I had to drill and reinforce the rears.

My '65 Dart doesn't have the rear anchors either. Nor reverse lights. Options you know...

Dan,the front had the anchor points with rubber plugs but no plugs in the rear,I will crawl underneath and check again to see if I can find the welded nuts. I have seen the later (72-74)with the bolts attached the inner wheehouse for the outside belts,and appears factory and have seen more than one like it.

Sometimes the rear anchorages are tough to spot. Sometimes they get left out when floorpan work is done. Sometimes they don't even look like anchorages!

What does it looking like Alaska have to do with anything?

And sometimes they just don't exist. Since I tore my car down to the shell, I think I would notice if there were archor points for seat belts. For example, the wires for the reverse lights don't exist, never wired into the car. But the wires from the reverse switch on the transmission do exist.
