ok i went out to london got one out of a od chevy with the green and yellow wires off the one side now w come to the fun part i have a 85 ram which is torn to peices but had a box with two harness that plugged into it would this thing still have a ballast resistor or would this be a computerized ignition system

You don't have a ballast resistor in your ignition system. You can use the stock coil and power the unit off of the (+) coil stud.

i didn't think i had one but when you have had something apart for as long as his truck has been you tend to forget what you have removed
