THE DRAGSTER PICTURED IN THE ARTICLE ON SLANT SIX BLOCKS. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO ON THE CAR AND OWNER. I AM INTERESTED IN BUILDING A DRAGSTER OR ALTERED AND USING A SLANT SIX FOR POWER.

Hi,

I've got a slant six powered front engine dragster (built by Dick Weber). Mine uses a powerglide with 8 3/4 rear. I've been running it since late August and its run a best of 12:06 110.89 so far. That's with no tuning yet and it's a relatively mild combination. I expect it to go mid-11s with the current combination.
