Finally finsihed. Carpet, Sill plates, stereo, everything. ;D
Here are the overall shots:
This is the amplifier clearance I ended up with. I knew I had room before the install, but I am pretty sure it was dumb luck I ended up with 1/4" clearance on the back side of the seat, about 1/8" for the blue amp (cannot see in pictures).

;D
Now here is where I fully expect to catch a lot of flack. I have been using (very) old house-speaker boxes as sub boxes for years. I finally "converted" them. I removed the (unhooked) tweeters, and the port tube (my subs are made for non-ported enclosures), capped the holes with plywood, sealed with glue, and covered the boxes in some grey fabric that somewhat matches the rest of the truck. If I hadn't said anything, I am pretty sure no-one would have ever been the wiser. ;D
Side by side comparisons, old to new:
When finished.
And Installed.
Finally, some closer shots of the carpet installed. It makes a world of difference for the look sof the interior, versus the old, destroyed vinyl floor.
Now I think I'll drive it for a couple weeks before I dive into my next project. ;D
