Jack Parlier won Ron Parkers street car award for going the farthest in the race. Jack sends his thanks to Ron. He was very excited to say the least. He wanted everyone to know he thinks the slant six racers are the best group of guys he has ever raced with. He says he will see us in Bristol and probably Clay City and Piedmont.

That's great news. I had a couple of nice chats with Jack and he got my number in the 1st round of Slant eliminations since I broke out after catching up!

Which reminds me, Jack said his wagon was doing the whole track in first gear!
Holy Highway Gears, Batman!
I grew up in a 76 Aspen wagon, so seeing his car really took me back...

Ron Hamby has that info.We had to set up some rules in case two street cars went out the same round. So this is the Bagel and Possum rule. Its not like a .325 light is not inportant it about who had the best reaction timeI was going to give it to him while I was there but he got gone before i could give it to him. Thanks Ron Parker :D PS there will also be some more money for Street racers at some of the upcoming events sponcered by rpracing . :D

Joe, I found Jacks reaction time, it was .050 in the second round. Thanks again for racing with us. We hope to see you at another race later this year.
Tks Ron H.
