A friend of a friend of mine called me today and needs one new piston for his newly acquired 225. He paid 100 dollars it (has a bigger cam, header, Offy intake) but the previous owner droped a hose clamp in the #1 cylinder (dont ask me how this happened). Anyway, he needs a MP part #P4529418 cast flat top piston. He tried MP, they said they havent made this part for a couple of years. Its a .060 over one. Anybody know if I can help him out? Thanks.

I gotta go down to "The Chicago Connection" Tuesday. I'll check and see if Bill has one laying around. He may be able to scrounge one on a dealer search too. Dennis

Tried calling Bill tonight and he wasn't open. I gotta go by there tomorrow night, so I'll try again. Dennis

Saw Bill tonight, he sold the last ones he had about 6 months ago. Dennis
