I just put a new manifold on my slant 6 to allow for a Holly Double pumper 4bbl carb. Now the linkage is too short and at the wrong angle. Does anyone know of a linkage adapter kit I could use to fix my problem?

Cable or rod type? You should seriously consider going to a junkyard and scrap one complete pedal assembly from a cable setup car (1976 and up volares and aspens??? ) if you're going with an aftermarket carb. Rod type is a pain in the butt! plus if you have automatic transmission, fabbricating (or installing a lokar) a kickdown would be much more easy with cable accel assy.

If you grab a cable trhottle setup make sure you get: pedal bracket (4 7/16 or 1/2 ? nuts on the engine bay) pedal (2 1/2" nuts on the floorpan near the trans crossmember) and all the bracketry you can scrape from the manifolds (cable clamps, etc) plus A/T KD setup.
