OK. Sorry I am so late posting this.

The purse will be as follows...Bristol will pay the advertised purse in the flyer and I will be paying the extra $$ indicated.

Winner - $300 $50 extra
R/U - $200 $50 extra
Semi - $100 $50 extra each
Qtrs $50
Entry - $40

Qualifying will be at 11am on Saturday and Eliminations will began at 3pm on SATURDAY! This will give some of you out of town guys a chance to start home early on Sunday if you would like.

One question - In the 2006 rules Seymour had written the 1st round bye could either go to the fastest car or random. I ran Farmington on a random bye but there was some "discussion" about this at NW and it went to the fastest car.

How do you guys want Bristol to be??????

Hope to see everyone there and hopefully we can make this a 50 point race and give some people a shot at catching BIG NORM!

Tom

I think anyone with a slower car would like the random draw but I am ok any way you want it. You may not have to worry about catching me if I dont find out and fix my transmission in the next two weeks. I guess if I cant get it fixed soon enough I can make Greensboro my last race.

It is slinging fluid out when i put it uner pressure. I have another tranny but i will need to get the trans brake switched over before next weekend. My transmission guy says he doubts the front seal is leaking. Hoping the torque converter is ok. I havent heard of any PTC converters giving trouble.

Tom i personaly like the random draw if there is a first round bye. That gives some other racers a shot. But since your are the host for this race whatever you want to do is fine with me. Thanks Ron Parker :D

I'll be there with Project V. Should show up Fri eve and stay until Sun morning at least. I'll be camping at the track.

Think they'll let me take the car on the oval for a beat lap?

I vote for the random draw for 1st round bye - big surprise there.

Lou

I have always be a fan of random bye.

2 days and counting!!! Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Anyone up for a bet??? Any of you pro guys running the Mopar vs the World race Friday night? I'll throw $10 bucks in the pot and the slant 6 racer that goes the most rounds Friday night gets the pot?

Any footbrakers up for as well?

Tom
