So I put on a set of Hooker Headers, but there's no mounting place for the kickdown linkage. I'd like to keep my transmission for more than a week, so where do I mount the bracket? Also, I could use a diagram of the correct setup for the the throttle linkage on a 1bbl Holley.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mods: If this belongs in Transmission, please move it.

Also, would this solve my problem? Seems like it would.

Yes, that is probably the method I would use to solve your problem.

Thanks. Seemed to obvious to work, but guess that's how things go.
