Seriously, anyone thinking of swapping out there uppers should consider the advantage of the tubular ones.i bought and installed a set in my duster and they are AWESOME,the car is now big bolt pattern too,and this makes things way nicer.I paid like $350 canadian, but the reality is if you buy some rusty ones and spend time cursing over bloody knuckles and a weak point, you are NO further ahead.i bought em through www.bigblockdart.com and i think they are rated for like 30 000 lbs each!...overkill?no such thing. They are a breeze to install and adjust, and made by a mopar nut.I read magnum forces version have "poor geometery"in a magazine once, anyone running those ones?

Yeah, Bill sells good stuff; I highly recommend him. I'd love to get one of his Alter-K's some day.

As for Magnumforce...their stuff has always had issues...

I've been running bbd's tublar uca's for a little over a year in my daily driver 65 valiant. There are a few complaints with the arms, but it really isn't anything major. I had to very slightly clearance my frame at the back of the rf cam bolt. I compared with my other valiant and it appears that the car was miswelded with an extra 1/8" of steel not really a big deal. The metal I removed isn't actually in the way with the current alignment setting but when you are hanging parts at home you can't truely know where the arm will end up during alignment. The arms are unpainted and I thought I had read that they had a coating on them to prevent rust they don't. Only the bushing rod end is plated. Paint them before installing them. With the suspension hanging the ubj boot doesn't properly cover the internal working of the bj, with my ride height it covers fine at rest. Urethane bushing SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK, but oddly enough only the pass side wierd. I wasn't supplied any urethane bushing grease with the arms.

Most of the problems I've had are minor or expected. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another set when the time comes, but next time I'll paint them and overgrease the bushings.

Gotta love the never ending projects!

Would that be 10secondart? I bought a set from him about six months ago and they are very nice. Still haven't had time to put them on the car, though...

Those are the ones...They fit great and give me plenty of adjustment to get the alignment dialed in with the ride height I'm setting the car up for. Great pieces!
