OK so on my 68 dart, I "fixed" the fusable link problem and got it running again...YAY!.... except now my, brake lights, tail lights, side and front 'runner' lights don't work...but head lights and E flashers do.. I had to replace both tail lights because they were blown...but still nothing.. any ideas :?: :(

maybe one of the contacts inside the light switch is toasty? i had a similar problem on my car, Headlights worked, but the tail and parks didn't work. took my headlight switch apart and it was COOKED inside.

replaced that and all was well.....doesn't help too much with the brake lights...do your turn signals function?

What about anything internal, like radio or dash gauges? If all the rear lights are out it sounds like part of the hareness got toasted.

I'm not sure where the hareness leads on a 68, but on my 71 the connection between rear hareness and front is behind the left kick panel. If you unplug the front from rear (its an 8 or 10 pin terminal) and have a wiring diagram, you can test the hareness by applying power at that connector and see if the appropriate lights go on to help you isolate.
