i thought i'd post one of my previous chariots. My name is Nathan and unfortunately i'm a mechanic for Ford. Just recently bought another VC Valiant like the one you see here that is being stored for my next restoration and yes i stumbled across this forum whilst looking for performance info on the slant six since all the others i've had we're v8's. Hope i can contribute something to this great site...cheers

Fortunately, from a North American perspective, business has never been so good -lots of 'repeat customers' and great job security-there will always be plenty of work to keep you busy. Dodges lead to idle hands and undertime :)

agreed....working for Ford i know i will never run out of work. Gladly we don't get many US models anymore lol

I believe they (ford) used to keep the bodyshops pretty busy as well, especially back in the 80's and 90's. :D
