I am going to start to build ten hand built turbo headers for the slant six. If anyone is interested just let me know. I am going to build them to order. They will be made of heavy wall mild steel with 1/2 inch flanges and 3/8 turbo flanges. T-3 or T-4 turbos and either 38mm or 42mm wastegate. They will also be ceramic coated, polished aluminum look that will withstand 2000 thousand degrees. I am also building only five sheet aluminum intakes for a fourbarrel application. They will have tappered runners in them to help promote velocity. I am building one for my son to use with our turbo. One of the headers are going to be used on a drag car in cooperation of sponsorship. These are all hand crafted and tig welded. Stainless is also an option but so much more exspensive.

I might be interested if you can show me a picture and some rough dimensions. It also depends on how far down the road we're talking; I'm strapped for cash for the next month or so.

I have everything to build them except I am waiting on the flanges that bolt to the head. I also am waiting for some custom wastegate flanges for the 42mm racegate. I have both t-3 and t-4 flanges. I am estimating about one month before these are going to ready.

I will tell you the headers will be three pipes into one collector then both collectors will dump into one t-3 or t-4 flange. There will be one pipe coming off of each side before the turbo flange that will come together for the wastegate. As soon as the flanges come in and I start on them I will post some pics on my website. The tubing is 1.6358 o.d. the inside is 1.500 i.d. . The wall thickness is .128-.130.

The guys do a good job on the coatings for headers. I will use them to coat the headers I am building. All of the flanges should be here sometime this week. As soon as the flanges come in I will start to complete the first header. I will post the pics as I go along.

I can make headers for any of those cars. As far as the '94 I am not familiar with that. I have been figuring costs out and it looks like the headers are going to cost about 650.00 dollars, that does include ceramic coating. As soon as my flanges come in I can posts some pictures on my website. I am still waiting on my 42mm wastegate flanges also the exhaust flanges.
