The head flowed 191 on the intake and 173 on the exhaust. The flow peaked out at .500 lift so now I can order a cam. I will use a cam with a lift of .500 to take advantage of the most airflow. Remember it will have a t-4 turbo on it so 191 is plenty. Now I need to figure out what kind of duration and lobe seperation it is going to take to work with the t-4.

James - If you will send the flow numbers at all the lifts I will add them to my ever growing graph.
