I'm looking at a 75 duster on ebay and I'm wondering if the fenders and doors will fit a 74. Thanks

Pretty much everything will interchange between any 1973-1976 duster...

There are some small 1-2 year variations though like grille style/grille turn signal lenses, rear bumper, wiring harness configuration/instrument cluster, catalytic convertor in the exhaust pipe/EGR type/special interior types...etc... but pretty much shell wise 1974-1976 are all the same, so your swap will work.
