I hear offy is gone and that Ebrock bought them out! JC whitteny dosent even sale the intakes for six's ford dodge or chevy. Am I behind the power cure on this one? or was this known?

I just got off the phone with Mr. Offenhauser, who was most amused to learn of this rumour, which he assures me isn't true. Somebody was pulling your leg or making excuses for not having whatever it is you were trying to buy.

Good! I was hoping that wasn't true. The only reason I gave it another thought is because it seems the larger companies are always trying to "buy out" the smaller ones. Such as American Racing buying up all the "smaller" wheel brands. This may seem great at first.....cheaper price, faster shipping, and so on. But the bigger the company gets, the farther the minority(us) gets pushed aside. Eventually the market gets cornered, and you have to pay what they ask. I'm happy to see "family" companies like Offenhauser, Schneider, ect. stay in buisness. They help keep the spirit of real hot-rodding going strong. Your not just another number with guys like that. That's my speach.... :)

Great news Im glad to hear that. I was just seeing if that was a true rumor or if JC whitteny just stopped selling the intakes but they do sell the install kits still. Thanks for the info guys!!
