I just removed the old I bbl set up from my slant and when I attempted to put on the 2bbl setup the gasket would not line up. The end hole is the problem. I tried to bolt it on and then pry the exhaust against the intake runner but the bolt will only start a bit and then start to strip out. There is a big difference between each side.

After reading the archives, I was thinking that a set of Dutra Duals may be the ticket. My truck does have a clutch cross shaft, low starter and it is 4WD.

If anybody has any powerwagon that did this conversion or any other info, please let me know. I sent Doug an email but I'm not sure it was the correct address.

Thanks and have a great day to ya all!! :D

It sounds like your exhaust manifold is warpped which is not uncommon.
I will have to check my email and get you some info on Dutra Duals.
There are no fit problems with the dual cast iron manifolds in your truck.
