What is the correct name for the bracket that holds the leaf-spring shackle in place?

Anyway; the reason I ask is because I feel that I need to replace mine...

I was installing new bushings, and found that the sleeve that holds the bushings in place is thoroughly rusted. So much so , that the seam of the sleeve has been forced apart about a quarter inch...

Any suggestions?

Should be an easy junkyard find? Not even car specific I would think.
