Jopapa- If you want to make a trip over to Tacoma, I have a working condition A-904T that came out of an 83 Dodge van. It has the wide ratio gears but I don't think it is a lockup transmission. PM me if you are interested.

Dang dude, you got all sorts of stuff layin around don't you? I really want to go for a lockup type, but if it's possible to convert a non lockup to a lockup, I'll be happy to take it.

Of course, is it at all possible? I would imagine a lockup torque converter and valve body would do the trick, but are there other factors?

The lock-up case and valve body are different, but you can use the low gear set in a lock-up.

With the 3.55 in my axle, I don't think I'd even need a low gearset. Though granted it'd give me a helluva fast launch with the 3.55s...

Looking around at the different shift kits available out there, I think I'm going to plan on going with the B&M stage 1 kit and forget about going full manual, since I can still upshift exactly when I want to anyway. I still definitely want a lockup 904 though...
