My question is this. Everytime I push the throttle down it wants to quit. Then I will restart the engine and pump or push the accelerator down and it takes off. It has a BBD Carb on it. I have had it rebuilt by a professional rebuilder; however it still bogs down. Need suggestions on what to look for. Thanks!

Non-functioning vacuum advance. That is the vacuum pod with the small hose, on the distributor.
Stuck or slow moving mechanical advance in the distributor, where is the initial timing currently set?

As you can see, my bet is that the problem is not with the carb. but with the spark timing.
