Just got the 66 Barracuda that I won on eBay home tonight. It's a slant 6 with a column shifted 904. It's white with a black interior. It was parked about 2 years ago because of the water pump. So will be looking thru my stash of parts to see if I have a decent water pump. The incorrect square top radiator also needs to be re-installed as well. Don't know if the fuel line is clogged or a bad gas tank as the PO was driving it with a rubber hose thru the pass vent window into a 5 gal gas can  So that'll have to be checked out. Interior needs to be redone but what else is new in a 41 year car  On the plus side (besides having the slant), it's got the hard-to-find fender mounted turn signals and the body /underside is very solid with very little rust.

I am more impressed with the rubber hose and 5 gallon tank. On the floor of the passenger side would be my guess. The PO must not of smoked.

Guess I need to get off my butt and take some pics of the 66 as well as my 65 Valiant convert (slant 3 on the tree), 65 Barracuda (273 4 speed) and 65 Dart wagon (was a slant soon to be a 340) - none are even close to being show ready.

Yes ... picture of them all! It is nice to know there are others out there with there own collections of the old Mopars!! I would really like to see the 65 Wagon! Always liked the wagons :) .... here is my old 65/65/66 Barracuda ... I sold it on e-bay just a few weeks back, I had it for about 10 years, but it needed to be restored again ... so I hope the new owner does it .....

It is a 273 like yours, but a bushbuttom auto ... the little Valiant sedan in the background is my brothers ... it is a slant six ... and he is expecting to paint it for spring ... one more slant six on the road :)

Reminds me of my high school parking lot when all the cars had Ansen slots and hi-Jackers :-)
