Post subject: Fuel sending unit

Does anyone know if the fuel tank has to be dropped in order to replace the fuel sending unit.The car is a 1967 Belvedere 4 door.Thanks for any insight.Happy motoring.

I have never done one on a '67 'B', but I can't imagine it's any harder than an early 'A' body, and I've done it one of those without dropping the tank.
